Kids Club at the Fairhaven Toy Garden - 2-5pm - This week at the Fairhaven Toy Garden's Kids Club they are making leaf rubbings using natural beeswax crayons and fallen leaves. Come create beautiful leaf rubbings to help celebrate fall. FREE

Harvest Happens - 8am-5pm - All aboard the Apple Bin Train To pick Honeycrisp or your favorite apple of the season from our 21 varieties of specialty apples! Enjoy Pumpkin Patch Pickin’, fresh cider donuts, caramel apples, and farm fresh pie! Get lost in the corn maze, bounce in the bouncy house, fire off corn in the corn cannons, play on the tire gym, take a distillery tour and taste our fine orchard to distillery spirits. Annual Fruit & Fall Festival - 10am-5pm - Taste over 200 varieties of fruits and vegetables, all grown at Cloud Mountain Farm Center!
Mama's Garden Annual Fall Festival - 10am-4pm - Come join us for our Annual Harvest Festival this year! October 5th and 6th from 10-4pm. "Something Cheesy" food truck will joining us this year and serving up some great food! Sigs 4H Club will also be there to offer up horse rides for the kids! They will even have a couple little ponies for the smaller kiddos! $5 for a ride. Many more fun events and activities. Admission is FREE
Rocktoberfest - 12pm-8pm - Bring your whole family downtown to experience this energetic community event, adjacent to Pizza Factory. Admission is FREE
The Great Pumpkin Event - 1-3pm - From animals to cute characters, these are not your average pumpkin projects! Buy the craft pumpkin at Michael's, and the supplies to decorate it will be provided. Contact the store for prices and availability.

FIG Bones Science Lab - 10:30-11:30am - Science Lab at the Family Interactive Gallery inspires innovative thinkers and future designers and engineers! Engage in sensory experimentation, build math and science skills, and strengthen hand-eye coordination. Classes are led by a FIG educator and rotate weekly. For ages 18 months to 6 years old with an accompanying adult. This week kids will learn about bones and make a movable paper skeleton.
Pajama Storytime in Lynden - 6:30-7pm - This is an evening storytime that combines bedtime stories, songs, and activities. Wear your PJs and bring your stuffies (ages 2–8, 30 minutes).

Family Activity Day
The Whatcom Museum is pleased to re-introduce Family Activity Day this fall with a Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead celebration. Día de los Muertos is a traditional Mexican holiday going back to time immemorial that honors deceased ancestors while celebrating their lives. Bring the whole family to enjoy music, make craft projects, contribute to a community altar, and more. We hope to see you there in celebration of this Mexican cultural holiday!

On Sat., Oct. 26th there will be a "lite" scare for all ages from 5-7 pm, followed by a full scare until 10 pm. Takes place in Pioneer Park (Ferndale). Boundary Bay Haunted House - 6-9pm - Come one, come all to the 5th annual Nightmare on Railroad in the Boundary Bay Brewery Fear Garden! On October 25-26 and 31, the brewery warehouse and beer garden will be transformed into spooky scenes filled with ghosts, ghouls, and surprises at every turn. Each night from 6:00-9:00 PM, this Halloween event is all-ages and features BAAY's Haunted Dancers. Admission is $5 from 6:00-9:00 PM and entry is at the alley off of Maple St. Additionally, on October 31 from 3:00-5:00 PM to coincide with the downtown trick-or-treat event, the Fear Garden will be open without actors or dancers, with free admission for families who wish to attend a more family-friendly version for younger children.

Spooktacular at the Bellingham Farmer's Market - 10am-3pm - Join us at the Bellingham Farmers Market on October 26th for a Spooktacular day! We encourage all customers and vendors to dress up in costume for the market day. Come find all your favorite fall produce, treats, and artisan goods! They will have a kids pumpkin hunt, pumpkin decorating, harvest photo booth, and kids vending day. FREE
Pumpkin Painting Party - 10am-4pm - Drop in any time from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m on October 26 for a spooky, fun time decorating mini pumpkins! For $6, we’ll provide pumpkins, paint and a free kids smoothie. Plus, get 15% off additional food orders and free panini and bowl samples.

Sunnyland Harvest Carnival - 3-5pm - There will be lots of fun games, activities, a bouncy train and facepainting.
Don't forget to wear a costume, but make sure it is not too scary or inappropriate. This is a family event. Pretend weapons are also discouraged. FREE but donations are suggested.

3rd Annual Beastly, Frightful, Unbelievably Spooky Circus of DOOOOOOM - 6-9pm - Fairhaven Bellingham Circus Guild's third annual Halloween show featuring hideous and hilarious tricksters, crazy feats of balance, juggling, aerials and acrobatic wonderments to spook and amaze you.

Haunted House at Boundary Bay
Come one, come all to the 5th annual Nightmare on Railroad in the Boundary Bay Brewery Fear Garden! On October 25-26 and 31, the brewery warehouse and beer garden will be transformed into spooky scenes filled with ghosts, ghouls, and surprises at every turn. Each night from 6:00-9:00 PM, this Halloween event is all-ages and features BAAY's Haunted Dancers. Admission is $5 from 6:00-9:00 PM and entry is at the alley off of Maple St. Additionally, on October 31 from 3:00-5:00 PM to coincide with the downtown trick-or-treat event, the Fear Garden will be open without actors or dancers, with free admission for families who wish to attend a more family-friendly version for younger children.

Bubbling Slime Science Lab at the FIG - 10:30-11:30am - Science Lab at the Family Interactive Gallery inspires innovative thinkers and future designers and engineers! This week is Bubbling Slime Engage in sensory experimentation, build math and science skills, and strengthen hand-eye coordination. Classes are led by a FIG educator and rotate weekly.
